We collect the following personal data: (a) Name and email address during registration and login, (b) Information about container configurations and projects you create, (c) Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns for troubleshooting and improving the Service, (d) Cookies for authentication and language preference.
We process personal data for the following purposes: (a) Providing the Service — legal basis is contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), (b) Customer support and communication — legal basis is contract, (c) Security and troubleshooting — legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send newsletters or marketing without your consent.
Personal data is stored as long as you have an active account, and deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless statutory requirements demand longer retention. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We use the following data processors: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU), Render (application hosting, hosted in the EU). These process data on our instructions and in accordance with data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
You have the right to: (a) Access your data, (b) Rectify inaccurate data, (c) Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), (d) Restrict processing, (e) Data portability, (f) Object to processing. We only use essential cookies: (a) Authentication — keeps you logged in, (b) Language preference — remembers whether you prefer Norwegian or English. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies without consent.
