These Terms of Service govern your use of Container Solutions (the "Service"), provided by Osilion AS ("we", "us"), org. no. 932 197 291. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service must be used in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service, including software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Osilion AS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. Your data and configurations remain your property.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service is error-free or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably and, if necessary, heard by Oslo District Court.
